One of our clients, a well-known Financial Services company, has openings in their Lockbox Department. This role does have permanent potential! This is a production based, processing/Lockbox position. Any previous production experience can be considered. Interested candidates must be local to the area, as this is onsite, and be comfortable standing for the majority of the shift.
First, Second, and Third Shifts Available.
salary: $17.31 - $17.33 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 12 AM - 12 PM
education: High` School
Responsibilities
- Processing/opening mail and organizing it into the correct places.
- Scanning/data entry of checks/invoices into the system.
- Calculating or balancing routine accounting entries
- Sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items
- Mail Sorting (attention to detail is needed to identify PO Boxes. Both hand sorting and using a sort machine.)
- Assist in Preparing/Slicing Work Be Deadlines
- Mail Extraction ( will open and prepare accounts to be imaged and layered per customer instructions. Attention to detail to ensure the customer is receiving correct payments.)
- Assist in placing customer instructions in appropriate bins.
Schedules Available:
- 11:00AM-7:30PM
- 6:00AM-4:45PM
- 10:00PM-6:30AM
- Weekends may be required
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
