Randstad Staffing is supporting our client in the Smyrna area to identify a monitoring agent to join their growing team. This role involves monitoring enrollees GPS trackers to ensure they stay within their pinpointed location and adhere to government and law enforcement protocols. Company benefits include:

Responsibilities
- Managing organizations dashboard to supervise enrollees electronic monitors to ensure they are satisfying their radius obligations to the courts and law enforcement.
- Providing courtesy calls to those outside their allowed location - inquire why they are out of their zone and ask exploratory questions
- Manage communications regarding enrollee requests for court dates and outside radius appointments
- Utilize reporting to track and pull device data through companies GPS management software
