The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 30lbs standing for 7 hours at one time working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week working weekends

Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of the production operation
- Raw material handling
- Bean loading and soaking
- Curding
- Extracting
- Extractor cleaning
- Autoseal
- Autopack/Autocup
- Pasteurizing
- Rework
- Waste disposal
- Packaging
- Complete and maintain all required production paperwork and records.
- Report and document any equipment/process abnormalities.
- Work closely with Production Lead and other functions as needed to perform effectively and efficiently.
- Analyze root cause and provide corrective and preventative actions on process and equipment.
- Operate cardboard baler in accordance with safety instructions and recycle.
- Keep production area cleaned and organized as needed.
- Adheres to all Safety and GMP regulations.
