3rd Shift Production Worker

salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 6:30 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Push and check bars. • Dump particulates and variegate. • Provide packaging material for production lines. • Perform packaging duties, i.e. packing, palletizing. • Clean production areas (floors) and remove trash/debris. • Ensure product/packaging quality and accuracy (codes). • Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. • Follow all GMP policies. • To ensure production meets targeted outputs through effective control of the manufacturing process • To communicate effectively with the entire team • Ensure health and safety requirements are fully met and a positive safety culture is maintained throughout the line • Ensure you walk the talk always using the looking eyes, attend to the issues as and when they happen • Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees • Following the principle of “will I do this to my home?” • Other duties as assigned



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
