Account Manager

Do you provide excellent customer support? Do you bring strong written communication skills? Be the link between customers and operations in a time that supply chain communication is most important! Assist customers in order entry, and current order status. Make executive decisions on timelines that coincide with the reality of warehouse capabilities, and ensure all updates are in correspondence with your accounts.

salary: $45,760 - $49,920 per year

Responsibilities

• Contact clients within B2B CRM daily with set ups, and entering and releasing orders
• Assemble order paperwork and deliver to the appropriate department of the warehouse
• Check open order report and follow up if needed
• Ensure invoices are transmitted or posted
• Be the first point of contact to address all day-to-day client needs
• Coordinate communication between the client and operations managers
• Assist Client Managers with client meetings, conference calls, etc. to resolve any issues and maintain a healthy client relationship
• Proven verbal and written communication skills 
• Provide customers with excellent problem-solving skills in order to find solutions
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
