Responsibilities
Maintain timely and accurate premium billing and collection records for inforce individual insurance policies. Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers utilizing all available systems. Includes, but is not limited to, communication by telephone, written correspondence, e-mail, fax and verbal communication.
