Assembler

Randstad is hiring experienced assemblers for a leading and innovative manufacturing company that specializes in the production of high quality car parts. The ideal candidate will have a high level of mechanical aptitude, a passion for precision work, and a desire to contribute to the creation of top-tier automotive products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of car seats throughout the manufacturing process. salary: $16 - $16.1 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assemble car seats according to established production and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing process, following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure components meet specifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production processes and product quality.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
