We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our clients fleet operations. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation, and optimizing the overall performance of our fleet department. salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

Organize, communicate and delegate responsibilities and priorities to ensure a successful operation.

• Monitor, analyze and adjust the department focus for continuous improvement of operations, functions, systems, resources and internal and external customer service.

• Responsible for establishing service intervals for all company equipment.

• Purchasing agent for all parts for maintenance of vehicles.

• Responsible for establishing outside vendors for parts and services that enhances Antonini Enterprises overall efficiency.

• Provide regular and timely feedback that recognizes performance, motivates employees and promotes self-development.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
