- Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Experience 2 Years experience in a related role (Required)
- Experience with Behavioral Health billing and follow-up (Required)
- HB EPIC insurance billing and follow-up experience (Required)

Responsibilities
- The Billing representative handles both insurance billing and direct patient billing.
- Responsible for claims submission, ongoing patient billing, payments, and associated bookkeeping for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Receives and responds to day-to-day inquiries from third-party carriers and patients, processes correspondence, and maintains patient files.
