Our client, a healthcare provider is currently hiring Call Center Representatives in the State of Nebraska to help support a new initiative! If you are looking for a remote role AND live in the NEBRASKA, this is a great opportunity to gain more experience in the healthcare field and customer service field! salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Answer member service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others
• Will be handling sensitive information
• Responds to internal and external customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.

• Determines contract and benefit eligibility; provides authorization for inpatient admission, outpatient precertification, prior authorization, and post service requests.
• Responds to telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers and in-house departments.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
