What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Specialist position at Randstad?
A well-established Medical Technology company is looking for an experiences Client Relations/Sales Support Rep to fill our international desk. The position is on-site, M-F, but with some flexibility in the daily schedule due to international business and time changes. Typically, this desk starts between 600-700am for contact with our international clients. Client Relations is integral to our company and has a major roll working with finance, shipping, production, quality and repair to ensure we take care of the customer first and foremost. We are hoping for a really strong performer with a great personality. We’re looking for a long-term employee who is open to learning, training, and opportunity. There will certainly be a learning curve, but we can easily work with that if candidate has a good attitude and likes a challenge.
salary: $48,000 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High` School
Responsibilities
We need someone with previous customer service experience (medical device preferred)
Good communication (especially email since most international communication is digital)
Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, functions, etc.)
Computer literate and capable of learning MRP software (Intuitive)
Comfortable working with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled timely.
Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Order fulfillment for distributors and other customers
- Order administration
- Preparing quotes
- Order tracking and expediting
- Ttechnical support and proforma invoicing.
- Provide order acknowledgements, pricing, and shipping verifications.
- Upselling when the situation calls for it.
