Responsibilities
- Support and implement compensation policies and strategies by providing consultation and analytical support to team members and other HR colleagues.
- Provide analysis and benchmarking of compensation for this Global Insurance Company
- Prepare summary reports with multiple scenarios to present to the Executive Leadership team
- Create and maintain specialized Excel reports
- Assist with year-end Workday special loads, validation reporting, troubleshooting, etc
- Involved in UAT testing of the Workday system
- Use available tools to analyze financial data (performance metrics and market trends) as it relates to incentive compensation recommendations
- Prepare reportinsg and analytic data summaries on compensation benchmarks as well as salary, bonus and Long-term Incentive Plan (LTIP) recommendations
