salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Computer Support Specialist will join the ABL Tech Asset Management team for a leading lighting manufacturing & logistics company, working in our Conyers Distribution Center with 3 other onsite team members. This role is onsite but supports a primarily remote workforce.
Main responsibilities include:
Mac Experience a plus.
Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems (Cherwell) preferred.
Experience with SCCM preferred.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment working in a non-temperature controlled environment

- Tickets may include imaging computers for new hires and replacements.
- Handling support tickets for remote users as well as onsite users.
- Shipping/Receiving equipment.
- Following team processes and recording detailed information.
- Communicating with end users in a friendly and timely manner.
- Software installations.
