Continuing Education Coordinator

Randstad is excited to represent a client in Germantwon looking for a Continuing Education Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience working within Data Management and an emphasis in continuing education speaker management and program development using Cadmium CD, or a similar product, is highly desired. Employment with an association or certification organization that holds an annual continuing education conference and digital learning programs, and familiarity with medical terminology are beneficial if you are comfortable with evaluating, implementing, learning, and achieving proficiency with new technology; highly organized; and have high motivation, a history of conscientious work, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, apply today!

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

•  Serve as the principal staff contact with seminar chairs, speakers, abstract presenters, and laboratory faculty, and for all continuing education program content details.
• Participate in periodic online meetings with Continuing Education Committee leaders and members and coordinate speakers.
• Manage a comprehensive database containing program schedules, speakers, and presentation details; Data management includes importing, making frequent changes, reporting, exporting, and manipulating using other software.
• Write, edit, and distribute all communication with seminar chairs, speakers, and laboratory faculty regarding speaking schedules, compensation, presentation materials, Proceedings notes requirements, audio visual equipment needs, and reimbursement policies.
• Manage continuing education program resources and content planning materials using a centralized information system (currently Dropbox) that is accessible to the Continuing Education Committee and staff.
• Other duties as assigned
