Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

• Responds to customer requests.
• Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Mail Services, Scanning, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location
• Scanning incoming mail, performing administrative duties, such as coding and processing invoices through the client's AP system
• Mailroom support
