What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Sales Rep position at Randstad?
Randstad is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual for a counter sales role in the Orange Park area. This full-time position will focus on order entry at the sales counter with other related duties such as: warehouse, stocking shelves, shipping products, and loading/unloading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4 pm, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. A clean driver's record, background, and drug screening will be required.

Responsibilities
- Entering orders at the point of sale.
- Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Basic computer and phone skills.
- Work with customers to determine the best items for their needs.
- Create sales quotes/estimates and orders.
- Efficiently scheduling of deliveries.
- Maintain and assist in keeping a clean work environment.
- Learn basic knowledge of products available to customers.
- Assist with Inventory Cycle Counts.
- Order picking/staging/replenishment.
- Shipping/Receiving.
- Loading/unloading delivery vehicles.
- Assist with delivery of orders.
- Other related duties as assigned.
