What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Analyst position at Randstad?
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Credit Administration Analyst to join a small internal team dedicated to supporting a client's asset management functions. In this role, you will be a key contributor to overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the client's loan portfolio. This is a work from home position until August, when the new office is available in Clayton and everyone will be 100% on site.
salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
• Review credit documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Build and run borrowing base models to evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers and monitor loan-to-
value ratios. Analyze collateral data and work with large data sets to identify trends and make value-added
recommendations to management.
• Calculate covenants to ensure that borrowers are complying with loan agreements and conditions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the loan portfolio to identify potential risks and opportunities for
improvement.
• Work closely with the client's asset management team and investment team to provide insights and support
strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with the client's borrowers to gather information and resolve issues as needed.
• Assist with the team's strategic initiatives to improve processes, enhance performance, and mitigate risk.
