What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account Manager position at Randstad?
Randstad is actively working with a small organization in the Medford area on an immediate need for their next Customer Service Manager. This is a produciton role, where you will be constantly on the phones with customers and internal employees. You will also manage a small customer service team of 3! This position is extremely depended on by the organization so they are looking for an extremely reliable and dependable team member to help lead their department in the right direction!
salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
Oversee the processing of all Customer Service Dept components, including : order quotation, order processing, performance management and success of customer service staff
Partner with the Director to make sure all administrative processes and procedures run smoothly
Oversee on-going development of training and education for internal staff
Oversee on-going development of training and education for external Sales Reps
Addresses and resolves any escalated issues that affect the department
