Customer Service Rep

A popular retailer in King of Prussia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 1 month assignment. This candidate will be a key piece in assisting customer's via phone with a variety of tasks such as ordering, tracking shipment, online returns and more. salary: $17 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, solution-oriented, Sunshine Service customer experience to consumers who call
• Live Chat or communication that flows into Salesforce during the hours of operation.  Maintain strict service level standards as defined.
• Hours of operation are currently Mon- Fri 8AM-7PM and Saturday 9AM-5PM
• Place online and/or telephone orders
• Service and process e-commerce exchanges
• Process manual returns and exchanges resulting from Retail purchases
• Locate items and complete the sale for Consumers
• Work with Customer Service Supervisor to develop necessary process improvements for better efficiencies and Customer Service experience. 
• Use good judgment in handling questionable service requests.
• Communicate effectively with the Corporate Retail stores with regards to delighting our customer and reiterating policies
