The Re-enrollment specialist is responsible for completing data entry and processing of enrollment applications, with validation of submitted information to ensure the application is complete and accurate.

Requirements:

• Must have an active/released Florida Health Insurance License (215 or 240). 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Required to pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Data Entry
• Computer skills

salary: $30 - $45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Completing online applications
• Documenting data
• Resolving application deficiencies

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
