- Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 30 am- 6 : 00 pm·

What you will be doing :
As a data entry clerk you will prepare documentation for electronic scanning and data entry into internal systems while meeting daily goals with recognition for quality performance.
Specifically you will : ·
- Receives, opens, sorts and processes incoming mail and documents.·
- Separates mail and other materials accordingly and reviews documents for quality.
- Attaches proper instructions as applicable.·
- Routes documents to the proper area.·
- Responsible for quality control when preparing documents. This includes : removing staples, clips, binders, rubber bands, etc, and inspecting documents to ensure they are in a condition that will allow them to scan.·
- Ensures proper sequencing, correct page orientation and inclusion of batch cover sheet.·
- Performing Data Entry duties (indexing documents).
Your skills :
Ideal candidates for the data entry clerk position are receptive to coaching and excel under pressure of deadlines. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Along with that, you'll need : ·
- Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.·
- Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy of data and information.·
- Ability to locate and correct any errors, or reporting to leadership as necessary.·
- Ability to understand technical requirements throughout the document scanning and data entry process.·
- Proficient typing abilities.
Qualifications : ·
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required·
- One year or more experience in an office environment.·
- An ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related software.·
- Working quickly and efficiently with no errors· Flexibility and reliability
