Data Entry Customer Client Specialist

job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Answering around 10-20 calls per day regarding inquiries, balances, troubleshooting, transportation, shipments and deliveries;

during busy season in could be more calls- around 40-50 calls

Will be handling data entry and entering orders in the system

Interlines with UPS and XPO; track and update shipment status; create shipping documents

Route shipments via ground and air as needed

Communicate service issues with customers

Work with vendors, agents and carriers to provide services required / requested

Experience in or knowledge of Logistics / Supply Chain Management, or experience in domestic freight forwarding / logistics a plus

Must have excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
