Responsibilities
– Processing, scanning and sorting various mail items
– Scanning/data entry of checks/invoices into the system
– Researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems
– Calculating or balancing accounting entries
– Matching, ordering and/or reconciling items
The essential functions of this role include:working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
