- Install, Configure And Troubleshoot Both In-House And Third-Party Applications
- Install Configure And Troubleshoot Computer Hardware On Laptops And Desktops
- Configure And Support Mobile Devices Including Iphones, Ipads And Other Peripheral Devices
- Image, Configure And Deploy Desktops And Laptops To End Users
- Engage With And Escalate Tickets To Senior Technicians
- Other Physical Work On Site When Needed (Deploy/Move Equipment Etc)
- Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues With Users Working From Home
- Setup, Configure And Troubleshoot Virtual Machines Other Tasks As Necessary
