Diesel Mechanic

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our diesel-powered equipment and vehicles.  We offer 401k, health benefits, PTO and vacation time.  Please reach out to Anthony for further information 516-234-0096.

salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
• strong mechanical and technical skills related to diesel engines and equipment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or formal training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
