Responsibilities

This role involves providing excellent membership and donor services for this organization through the following responsibilities and daily activities:
 

• Responding in a timely manner and with a friendly demeanor to member inquiries via email, phone call, or mail.
• Monitoring and managing responses via 2 general inboxes, helping to respond to emails and inquiries, and maintaining member database records.
• Providing monthly reports and conducting audits for member programs and managing the recurring gifts, processing gift records.
• Generating reports for accounting and managing day-to-day relationships with vendors for resource fulfillment, monitoring inventory.
• Assisting in receiving and tracking invoices and payments.
• Setting up emails in the eCRM and sending out test emails; helping administer and support membership engagement and peer-to-peer fundraising efforts.
