Electrician

salary: $54,080 - $58,240 per year
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to create, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machine control circuits, motion control devices and some PLC applications.
• Maintain, install, diagnose and repair VFD’s, PLC’s, Motors, Machine Controls, Communication Systems, Facility & Utility Systems.
• strong knowledge of electrical safety, familiar with arch flash & LOTO processes.
• Ensure that all work completed is compliant with local, state and national electrical code.
• Execute emergency, planned and preventative maintenance work on electrical / mechanical equipment.
• Ability to maintain appropriate records (repair history / work orders).
• Ability to ready, interpret, maintain / revise schematics, diagrams and specifications for repair or installation of facility equipment and systems.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
