Responsibilities

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your smile and technical expertise are in demand. You won’t just provide and install the most advanced home technologies from satellite dishes to home security and smart home automation – you’ll be the technician our customer's trust.

MasTec’s Advanced Technician Recruiting Team is currently hiring for Entry Level Field Service Technicians. MasTec SmartTech Experts are field-based, service-driven, professional technicians that provide in-home delivery, set-up, and installation of satellite TV, broadband, DIY security, and smart-home products. If you are passionate, knowledgeable, and talented, you should be paid for it. Compensation is performance-based with additional incentives for product sales (i.e., surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen clean). Ideal candidates desire independence in their workday, are self-starters, and like to be rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed, quality work, and safety.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 75lbs
• working weekends

Skills

• Customer Service
• power tools (6 months of experience is required)
• climbing ladders (3 months of experience is required)
• attics and crawl spaces (3 months of experience is required)
