Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment
- Ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Demonstrate adherence to all plant safety policies and actively participate in the plant safety meetings
- Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with best practices and scheduled tasks including proper documentation
- Using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters to perform duties
- Understand and comply with all plant rules and safety requirements.
- Know and comply with all Plant GMP & OSHA policies and proper food handling
