Responsibilities
- Detailed tracking and payment processing of all invoices for the business unit using corporate credit card and SAP Concur invoice and expense reporting systems.
- Set up new vendors as payee and maintain relevant A/P information. Maintain vendor relationships with timely payments and invoice processing.
- Act as a resource to all staff in answering payment questions.
- Administration of cross-state charitable airline mileage program for staff travel coordination.
- Perform weekly accounts receivable deposits with a high degree of confidentiality and adhering to all policies and procedures related to highly sensitive information.
- Onsite 1 day per week: processing weekly check deposits using onsite systems and tools in the Seattle office (once per week required minimum)
- Assist with other routine finance or accounting tasks as assigned.
- Assist with vehicle fleet management and administration.
- Assist with operations or general admin-related and back up for receptionist
