- Contract length is 1 year, with the possibility to be hired permanently for candidates who meet expectations during the contract period.
- This is a remote/in office hybrid position, with Wed and Thurs being the in-office days.
- This job is with our client's Treasury Operations team, which is responsible for the administration of all treasury contracts and works with relationship banks to setup cash management products and services
- This job will be heavily involved with NAFTA Treasury entities, to ensure correct and complete recording & administration of all treasury contracts in compliance with all applicable standards

Responsibilities
- Account Processing and Invoice Handling
- Perform timely, accurate recording of all transactional activities, including invoice verification, invoice posting, credit memo processing, etc.
- Monitor and address disputed items with affiliate companies.
- Monitor SAP interface error inboxes related to inbound group and affiliate invoices.
- Escalate to the team supervisor in cases of system or process defects.
- Support with regular reporting
