Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a talented and driven Financial Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various financial processes and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position involves a combination of analytical tasks, administrative responsibilities, and communication with suppliers and stakeholders. Note: This position is specifically tailored for candidates with 2-4 years of experience and will focus on individuals with a junior-level background. The role primarily involves administrative tasks and responsibilities of a similar nature.

salary: $45.95 - $49.006 per hour

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers and maintain accurate records related to department decisions.
• Gather and provide financial forecast information to assist in departmental expenditure planning.
• Review contracts, provide valuable feedback, and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop comprehensive desktop procedures capturing the end-to-end payment process for various use cases (US, ROW).
• Ensure payment compliance by handling AML/KYC documentation.
• Assist with all department administrative tasks, including invoice processing and contract management.

Required Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Basic ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in analyzing business trends, evaluating actual expenses, and projecting expenses.
• Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and financial data reporting.
• Previous experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related financial software.
• Experience in handling invoices, managing contracts, and understanding AP processes and controls.
