responsibilities:
- Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor required; Master preferred
- How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 4 or more years (2 years can be substituted with Master)
- Specific Systems Knowledge Required: MS Office Suite (must be expert in Excel), Tableau and/or PowerBI (data visualization), SQL, VBA, Financial Planning & Analysis systems (e.g. IBM, Hyperion)
- Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: SAS, Essbase, Project Management
- Performs financial modeling of various complexity levels.
- Develops and evaluates Value Based Care and Performance Based models across the continuum of a patient's journey
- Performs data analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and scenario-based analyses
- Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
- Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
- Performs economic research and studies in the areas of return, depreciations, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of regulatory requirements.
- Provides project, service line or product line management, management consulting, and analytical decision support services or technical expertise for a broad array of financial and operational issues.
- Responsible for complex multi-faceted projects and analyses across disciplines and functional areas.
- Assists in developing performance monitoring process and coordinating compilation, interpretation and presentation of monitoring information.
- May be responsible for planning and development of budgets, budget system completion, high level reviews and conducting area wide analyses for target development.
- Conducts or participates in complex projects where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of factors.
