Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Order Pulling/Shipping
1. Double-check every order for product and quantity accuracy with office staff and client. Verify
that the product you are pulling not only matches the item number but also the Bill of Lading and
Pick-list / Invoice or all pertinent documentation.
2. Maintain communication with Office Staff for any product inquiries or questionable
products prior to shipping and loading onto client’s trucks/trailers/car.
3. Weekly, ensure all Stock is adequately replenished.
4. Put stock away in a timely manner and in correct temperature bays.
5. Daily, receiving should be posted and or Pick-List communicated from customer service staff.
6. While stocking, be sure that all existing stock is rotated. This will ensure that the oldest stock is
leaving the warehouse first.
7. Unload containers as needed.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs
