Responsibilities
- Source and recruit potential candidates by using online ads, social media, professional networks, leads and referrals.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Schedule phone and in-person interviews
- Initiate the candidate’s pre-employment process
- Schedule new hire onboarding appointments
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain and update Recruiting Report
- Communicate with Terminal Managers on preemployment progress on potential employees
- Maintain clear communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed on the recruitment process
- General clerical duties and special projects as needed.
