Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors and hiring managers in determining pay rates, job offers and onboarding details
- Schedule interviews and track applicants through the process
- Use input from leadership to set recruiting strategies and work with recruiters to investigate alternative sourcing methods
- Maintain selection records; EEO, Affirmative action data, etc.
- Help design, monitor and evaluate new hire orientation program and ensure it adheres to company policy
- Maintain benefit records and assist with benefits planning
- Ensure performance evaluations are completed and ensure compensation information is reflected in employee file and HRIS
- Serve at main point of contact for payroll related issues
- Participate in employee disciplinary decisions and issue approval for actions such as suspension or termination
- Maintain OSHA safety and injury records and records all required safety training
