Performs routine administrative, technical, and professional HR functions to ensure stable employee relations and a safe and secure work environment.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Participate in conflict management, concern resolution, and detailed investigations.
2. This includes employee morale events, recognition events, and community relation activities.
3. Assist with HR Policy Development and administration, including enforcement, education, and interpretation to ensure fair and consistent treatment between team members, shifts, and plants.
4. Maintain employee files, records, and correspondence in compliance with company policies, and state and federal laws and regulations.
5. Administer, track and monitor leave of absences. Monitor the team members’ time and attendance system.
6. Carry out general human resource functions in assigned sections of manufacturing.
7. Perform other duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS
This work is performed in a general manufacturing and office environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The incumbent must:
· Have a high school diploma or GED.
· Have a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with 0 – 2 years experience in related field or equivalent experience.
· Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
· Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
