HR Manager

Are you a seasoned HR manager looking for your next challenge? Randstad is partnering with a leader in the healthcare recruiting industry to find an experienced HR manager to join their team in Vancouver, WA.  We are searching for an HR professional that has experience in building out new and modernized HR programs in an office and professional environment. This position will be responsible for making changes in the company culture and HR policy of this location, so past experience building out an HR department is a must. As our client is in the recruiting and recruiting technologies industry, prior experience in recruiting or staffing is a plus as well. This position will start out in office but will eventually switch to hybrid work as the HR department is hired and up to speed. Responsibilities

• Manage day to day HR responsibilities including recruiting, conflict resolution, HR legal compliance, and influencing company culture
• Improve and transform office culture
• Implement recruiting and candidate screening initiatives
• Develop and direct new HR initiatives and policy
• Work with internal managers and associates to identify and improve culture and HR policies
