Responsibilities
- Conducts Client Intakes
- Initiates claims with insurance company(ies)
- Performs duties of New Client Team Coordinator, in the event of their absence
- Assists Coordinator with Lead Docket duties
- Assists Coordinator with Intake Spreadsheet
- Processes Accident Reports by entering information into Filevine
- Works with treating providers to set up initial treatment appointments for New Clients and verifies they attended the appointment
- Prepares and sends PIP to Provider to treating providers
- Requests and processes previous attorney files
- Other clerical duties may be assigned on a case by case basis by the New Client Team Coordinator
- Assists with following up on missing Policy disclosures
