Skills & Requirements
The AMI Meter Installation Issues Group is looking for a temporary resource to support the team in reviewing large data set of meter installation issues and being able to channel the work in and out of our database. The candidate must be able to review and process large sets of data in the various databases and must be proficient in using excel, PowerPoint, Access database, and SQL. The candidate must be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as on a team. They are to learn the functions of AMI and the legacy applications used by the team with proper training and be able to communicate with end user customers to resolve issues, gaps and collect data. The candidate will be interacting with other vendors on the MIIG team and will be managing the database that is used to issue escalation work for the team to review and be able to receive the data in return and update the data base. The candidate must be flexible and be able to work onsite and remote.
The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
- Agile, self-motivated learner
- Produce high quality of work and checks work frequently
- Must be able to work in a team and as an individual contributor
- Must have strong communication skills with all stakeholders (verbal and written)
o Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and potential resolution paths
o Ability to draft documents,
o Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate status, work scope and work flow
