-Directing the work of your maintenance team and distribute work orders
-Serving as a subject matter expert
-Assisting techs on more complex jobs
-Managing relationships with landscaping and snow removal contractors
-Completing work orders with time not consumed by duties listed above
Requirements:
-5 years of property maintenance experience
-1 year of management or supervisory experience
-Proficient with plumbing and electrical systems
