Responsibilities
- Responsible for many different functions including performing root cause analysis of issues, troubleshoot problems, maintenance and repair of various mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Train the entry level and maintenance technicians.
- Daily direction and assignment to technicians.
- Attention to detail and clear understanding of the machines maintenance
- Ensure the daily activities of the maintenance organization meet production needs
- Maintaining PM program on plant machinery and equipment
- Provide planning and direction for maintenance
- Establish, monitor and improve maintenance, troubleshooting to machine problems, including auxiliary equipment.
