Medical Office Coordinator

Randstad is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Medical Office Coordinator to join a reputable Medical Office in the Boca Raton area. Medical office coordination experience is a must. This position will require a high level of confidentiality and compassion with every patient. Our client is looking for someone who is looking for a long term opportunity, as this position will be a temp to hire with a starting pay of $21/hr.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider schedules
• Responsible for ensuring all proper ICD-10 codes are submitted with each orders
• Assist in obtaining prior authorizations for medications
• Attend staff trainings and presentations as assigned
• Ensure compliance with HIPPA, CARF, and DCF guidelines and requirements
