responsibilities:
- Maintain networks and ensure the stability and security of the local and wide area networks
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues and service disruptions
- Manage network security systems including firewalls and network access control systems
- Work with outsourced network operations and engineering resources
- Configure and install network components
- Analyze network activity and network performance
- Upgrade firmware or software on network components
- Maintain inventory and licensing of network components
- Maintain and update network security guidelines and documentation
- Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals (internal & external)
- Special projects or work as assigned.
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
