Network/Systems Engineer

job summary:
· Responsible for ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.

· Responsible for the management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.

· Responsible for service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.

· Responsible for successful implementation and validation of application service changes.

· Responsible for maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.

· Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.

· Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.

· Collaborates with Engineering and Operations teammates

· Collaborates with vendors and outside technical support teams

· Effectively manages workloads based on priority and urgency

· Responsible for creation and maintenance of knowledge base and procedural documentation
