Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive sales visits to both new and established clientele - present and showcase new merchandise, elucidate promotional offerings, and identify opportunities for replenishment
- Collaborate closely with store and operational personnel to enhance service quality and swiftly resolve any client concerns
- Acquire new accounts, boost sales volumes, and meet individual sales expansion targets
- Execute and reinforce the company's sales initiatives
- Arrange appointments with customers while accommodating their availability
- Conduct a minimum of 15 face-to-face sales encounters with clients daily
- Thoroughly record all sales interactions using our cutting-edge CRM system during or immediately following each visit
- Assess the frequency of client sales interactions and establish a uniform pre-arranged appointment schedule
- Participate in scheduled meetings, conferences, and industry gatherings
