This role is PART TIME - 2 days a week, overnight.
SHIFT: 10PM - 630AM Friday and Saturday OR 10PM-6:30AM Tuesday and Wednesday

- Processing/opening mail and organizing it into the correct places
- Scanning/data entry of checks/invoices into the system
- Preparing checks/invoices to be sent out
- Researching and clearing suspense items; researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems
- Calculating or balancing routine accounting entries
- Sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items
- Mail Sorting (attention to detail is needed to identify PO Boxes. Both hand sorting and using a sort machine.)
- Assist in Preparing/Slicing Work Be Deadlines
- Mail Extraction ( will open and prepare accounts to be imaged and layered per customer instructions. Attention to detail to ensure the customer is receiving correct payments.)
- Assist in placing customer instructions in appropriate bins
