People Strategy and Programs Manager

Randstad has an exciting opportunity for one of most valued clients..  We are looking to hire immediately for a People Strategy and Programs manager.   Onsite: 2x a week  NYC office (350 Hudson) Temp (could convert depending on budget and performance) Budget: up to 60/hr pay  - Smooth presentation skills - understands financials, can articulate value for HR leaders - PMO role  - will see end-to-end HR functions - operations/business ops background  - KPIs -- manage value, drive scorecard

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the People Team Strategy and roadmap as well as successful implementation of key HR transformation initiatives and programs working with PBPs, OD Partners, COEs, People Operations, Regional Leads and external resources.
• Lead project workstreams on HR Transformation roadmap from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Feed continuous transformation effort through best practices and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities and develop recommendations for leveraging technology solutions to enable key HR processes and improve candidate and employee experience
• Advise and support the roll out of Global Talent programs and HR Process re- engineering projects.
• Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and process compliance, etc.
