The hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The salary will range from $24/hr based on experience. Our best applicants will have great work history and a go-getter attitude!

Responsibilities

• Maintains PPAP and IMDS systems, completing all paperwork as required for tracking and timely submittal, and document control including distribution/removal of obsolete prints, forms and or work instructions.
• Maintains sample parts.
• Participate in quality planning/manufacturing/engineering PPAP process reviews, as needed. • Communicate professionally with peers and customers regarding PPAP and IMDS related issues.
• Able to interface with customer on APQP, process control plans, PFMEAs, MSA and SPC
• Coordinates course of action of alleviating and resolving concrns (8d and 5Y's) as needed
• Analyze and verify the dimensional capability of products and processes (includes suppliers)
• Understand and age R&R's and Capability Studies
• Comply with all company procedures, policies, work instructions, and IATF16949/EMS-14001 requirements.
• Other job duties as assigned
