Responsibilities :
To service equipment in the field in a manner that provides excellent customer service to every customer
every time. This involves maintaining and controlling parts, tools, supplies, vehicles and more and
keeping accurate records.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide exemplary customer service to every customer every time.
Maintain the Company’s four-hour response time guideline.
Repair equipment in the field in a prompt, accurate manner.
Maintain and control all supplies, parts, tools, and information necessary to service the customer.
Stay abreast of training on equipment so that knowledge is up to date.
Report company mileage information correctly and on time.
Use safe driving practices at all times and keeping vehicles clean and well-maintained.
Keep callbacks to a minimum 10% or less.
Assist and support the Sales department in efforts to establish and maintain good customer relations
as well as upgrade equipment.
Refurbish machines for resale.
Maintain good attendance at work and at service meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :
Associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience.
Mechanical aptitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Problem-solving ability.
Customer service skills.
